The Company refers to its announcements dated 5 May 2017 and 16 May 2017 with respect to the results of the Meeting and the announcement of the correction of the results of the Meeting, respectively.

The Company hereby announces that Capita Asset Services ("Capita") having had clarification from Broadridge Financial Solutions Limited on certain voting instructions in relation to the meeting have provided a revised report of the voting tabulation, setting forth revised figures with results identical to those published by the Company on 16 May 2017.
