Correction of Ex-Dividend Date

Booker Group plc's ("Booker" or the "Group") Final Results announcement for the year to 27 March 2015, released at 07:00 on 21 May 2015 (RNS number 8520N), included an incorrect ex-dividend date for the Group's final dividend. The ex-dividend date will be 11 June 2015 and not 10 June 2015. All other details remain the same, the correct sequence of events is set out below.

The Board is recommending a final dividend of 3.14 pence per share (2014: 2.75 pence per share), up 14%, payable (subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting, to be held on 8 July 2015) on 10 July 2015 to shareholders on the register at 12 June 2015. The shares will go ex-dividend on 11 June 2015.
