Correction of a clerical error in the content of the Convening Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting and of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Societatea de Distribuţie şi Furnizare a Energiei Electrice - "ELECTRICA" SA dated 27 April 2016.

In compliance with the Companies Law no. 31/1990, Capital Market Law no. 297/2004 and CNVM Regulation no. 1/2006 on issuers and operations with securities, Societatea de Distribuţie şi Furnizare a Energiei Electrice - "Electrica" S.A. convened the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 27 April 2016, 10:00 o'clock (Romanian time) and the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (OGMS) on 27 April 2016, 13:00 o'clock (Romanian time).

In this regard, the Company transmitted an announcement under RNS No. 0309S and 0633S.

In the content of the Convening Notice, respectively in the enunciation of the EGMS agenda was observed the following clerical error: at item no. 17 "Empowerment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the execution of the updated Articles of Association, containing the amendments mentioned at points 11 and 12 above." there is an incorrect reference to points 11 and 12, the correct reference being points 15 and 16.
