CORRECTION RELATING TO THE NOTICE FOR THE REDEMPTION OF COVERED BONDS AND NOTICE TO DELIST THE COVERED BONDS ISSUED BY LEEDS BUILDING SOCIETY

(the Series 7 Covered Bonds)

Leeds Building Society published on 1st October 2019 a notice to de-list relating to the Series 7 Covered Bonds (RNS Number: 2279O) (the Notice). 

The Notice is corrected so that following statements are deleted and replaced as follows:

(i)

"£19,250,000 Fixed Rate Series 4 Covered Bonds due December 2018 ISIN: XS1112001067

(the Series 7 Covered Bonds)"

to:

"£19,250,000 Floating Rate Series 7 Covered Bonds due October 2019 ISIN: XS1112001067

(the Series 7 Covered Bonds)"

(ii) "with effect on 4 November 2019 (being more than 20 business days after today's date)"

to:

"with effect on 29 October 2019 (being more than 20 business days after today's date)"
