Notice of NCSP Group 2015 Financial Results

Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group (LSE: NCSP, MoEx: NMTP) hereby announces that it intends to publish consolidated financial results to IFRS for the year ended December 31, 2015on Monday, April 4, 2016 at 17:30 Moscow time (15:30 GMT) instead of previously announced 19:00 Moscow time.

Conference call and webcast for investors & analysts will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at 19:00 Moscow time (17:00 GMT / 12:00 New York).
