Correction: Fundraise of £171,430
The following correction has been made to the announcement by Cloudtag headed "Fundraise of £171,430" dated 11 April 2016.
The Company raised £150,000 with a new investor through the issue of 5,357,143 new ordinary shares at a price of 2.8 pence per share and an additional £21,430 through the issue of 669,643 new ordinary shares at a price of 3.2 pence per share, equalling a total of £171,430.
Application will be made for the admission of the Shares to trading on AIM and it is expected that dealings in the new ordinary shares will now commence on or around 18 April 2016. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 275,918,750. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
