Correction - Director/PDMR Shareholding

The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 6 October 2010 at 13:02 under RNS No 9595T.

Peter O'Keefe, acquired 25,000 shares in the Company at 70p each.

Leaf Clean Energy ("Leaf Clean" or the "Company")

The Company has been notified that on 5 October 2010 Bran Keogh, a Director of Leaf Clean purchased 250,000 shares in the Company at a price of 70p per share and Peter O'Keefe, Director of Leaf Clean acquired 25,000 shares in the Company at 70p per share.

Following the purchase Mr Keogh holds 500,000 ordinary shares representing 0.35% of the issued share capital and Mr O'Keefe holds 40,000 ordinary shares representing 0.03% of the issued share capital.
