Correction: The 'Board Appointment' announcement released on 7 April 2020 at 7:01 under RNS number 9753I, should have read "Lisa was UK Group CEO of M&C Saatchi, one of the world's most recognised advertising agencies, from 2010 until 2015", rather than "Lisa was Group CEO of M&C Saatchi, one of the world's most recognised advertising agencies, from 2010 until 2019" as originally issued. Codemasters Group Holdings plc, the award-winning British video game developer and publisher specialising in high-quality racing games, is pleased to announce it has appointed Lisa Thomas as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Following this appointment, Lisa will Chair the Company's Remuneration Committee.
Lisa Thomas is a highly experienced consumer marketer with over 32 years of experience. She is currently Global Chief Brand Officer of Virgin and Managing Director of Virgin Enterprises, a post that she has held since 2016. Featured in Campaign's Power 100 for 2019, Lisa leads the Virgin brand globally across their five core sectors and is responsible for their brand licensing business VEL. Previously, Lisa was UK Group CEO of M&C Saatchi, one of the world's most recognised advertising agencies, from 2010 until 2015, and was concurrently Chairman of LIDA, the creative agency that she founded and which specialised in customer communications as part of the M&C Saatchi Group. She is currently President of WACL (Women in Advertising and Communications London).
