Correction: Amendment of Warrant expiry date

The following correction has been made to the announcement by Sirius headed "Amendment of Warrants" dated 4 December 2015. The expiry date of the 70 million unlisted warrants (held by EMMEF Investments), with a strike price of 10 pence per share is 24 March 2016 and not 28 February 2016 as previously stated. The total number of options and warrants currently outstanding in the Company is 392 million, representing approximately 18.5% of the Company's current issued share capital of 1,721,362,856 ordinary shares as enlarged by these outstanding options and warrants.
