Intosol Holdings Plc (LSE: INTO) confirms that that, following the application by the Company on May 4, 2022, the UK Listing Authority will cancel the listing of Company's ordinary shares (ISIN: GB00BFYY4Y44) (the "Ordinary Shares") on the Official List and the London Stock Exchange and cancel the admission to trading of the Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, in each case with effect from 8.00 a.m. (London time) June 6, 2022.
