Company Update

On 30 April the Company announced that it had requested a temporary suspension from the Official List with immediate effect pending publication of the Company's accounts for the year to 31 December 2018 (the "Accounts").

Publication was expected to be made by 17 May 2019.

GRIT, together with its auditors, continues to work towards the publication of the Accounts. However, the Company has this week received preliminary information concerning one of its investments which may have a material positive effect on the carrying value of this investment within the Accounts. This information is being evaluated and publication of the Accounts is now expected to be made by 31 May 2019.

The Company also announces that it has appointed Peterhouse Capital Limited ("Peterhouse") as Corporate Broker to the Company with immediate effect. Peterhouse is advising the Company as to its future development.
