African Potash, the AIM listed company focused on sub-Saharan potash assets, is pleased to confirm that further to the announcement made on 17 April 2015, the Company has now fully redeemed the outstanding convertible securities held by Bergen Opportunity Fund, LP ('Bergen') and the financing arrangements with Bergen have now been terminated.
