On 11 September 2017, Societatea Energetica Electrica S.A. issued a Corporate Guarantee in favor of FISE Electrica Serv S.A. in total amount of EUR 39,000,000, for guaranteeing a working capital credit line contracted by FISE Electrica Serv from ING Bank.
