Convertible bond buyback
Market Tech (LSE: MKT) which owns, manages and is developing a unique 16 acre estate of office, retail, leisure and living spaces in London, including the iconic Camden Markets, announces that it has made further repurchases of the Company's £112,500,000 convertible bonds due in 2020 (the "Bonds").
Following this repurchase, and the repurchase detailed in the Company's announcement of 19 July 2016, Market Tech has repurchased £22.8m (equating to 20.27%) of the original principal amount of the Bonds with £89,700,000 of the Bonds remaining outstanding. Market Tech may make further repurchases of the Bonds.
