Conversion Rate for Final Dividend

Further to the announcement of the results of ContourGlobal plc for the year ended 31 December 2017 released on 5 April 2018, the sterling equivalent of the final dividend of 2.6 US cents per share will be 1.9219 pence per share, based on an exchange rate of GB£1 = US$1.3528.

Subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, the final dividend will be paid on 31 May 2018 to shareholders on the register on 4 May 2018.
