Conversion Rate for 2016 Final Dividend
Further to the Preliminary Results announcement of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2016 released on 7 March 2017, the Company has determined that the exchange rate to be applied to its 2016 Final Dividend is £1:€1.1822, being the exchange rate as disclosed by the Central Bank of Ireland at the close of business on 12 May 2017.
Accordingly, the Euro equivalent of the 2016 Final Dividend of 113 pence per ordinary share will be 133.5886 cents per ordinary share.
Subject to shareholders' approval at the Company's upcoming Annual General Meeting on 17 May 2017, the Final Dividend will be paid on 24 May 2017 to shareholders on the register on 7 April 2017.
