Number of options over Numis Subscription price Latest exercise dateshares 50,000 21.5p 18 October 2006 The exercise of the aforementioned options over Numis ordinary shares will befunded from existing Numis shares held by the Numis Corporation Employee BenefitTrust ("EBT").
