1st November 2005 Western Selection P.L.C. Exercise of Warrants Under the terms of the Rights Issue circular dated 21st December 1995,shareholders of Western Selection P.L.C. ("Western Selection" or the "Company")who took up their rights entitlement to new shares received warrants on thebasis of 10 warrants for every 28 rights shares subscribed. Each warrant givesthe holder the right to subscribe for one share at a price of 16p each withinthe period of 28 days after the Annual General Meeting of the Company held ineach of the years 1997 to 2006. Pursuant to the share consolidation andsub-division approved at the EGM held on 27th June 2005, the number of warrantswas adjusted so that for every four warrants held warrant holders received onenew warrant and the exercise price was adjusted to 64p each.Following the Annual General Meeting for 2005, a total of 810,088 warrants wereexercised on 26th October 2005. The Board has approved the allotment of 810,088new shares following the exercise of these warrants and application has beenmade for the 810,088 new shares to be admitted to AIM with effect from 7thNovember 2005. The new shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares inall respects.
