Conversion of C Shares
The Company has committed to invest c.90% of the proceeds of the recent C share issue in accordance with its investment policy and consequently the Directors have determined that the conversion of the C shares will take place, in accordance with the provisions of the Articles and as summarised in the prospectus dated 20 January 2017.
It is currently expected that conversion will occur in accordance with the following timetable:

Dealings in the new ordinary shares arising on conversion are currently expected to commence, and the listing of the C shares to be cancelled, at 8.00 am on 1 August 2017.
On this basis the Company will make an application for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange from the same time and date.
