Convening of 2025 Annual Results Presentation

China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (the "Company" or "CPIC") will disclose its 2025 annual results on 26 March 2026. The full text of the Company's 2025 annual results will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism on 26 March 2026 and be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. A copy will also be available on 26 March 2026 on the Company's website at http://www.cpic.com.cn/gdr/gdrggen/.

To help investors obtain a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the Company's operating performance and market value management for 2025, the Company will convene the results presentation from 15:00 to 16:30 on 27 March 2026 (Beijing time, same below), to communicate with investors in relation to their questions.

Mr. FU Fan (Chairman), Mr. ZHAO Yonggang (President) as well as independent non-executive directors and senior management of the Company will be present at the results presentation.

Investors may send relevant questions by email to [email protected] before 0:00 on 23 March 2026. Their questions will be answered by the Company at the results presentation.

Investors may access the results presentation and put forward questions via https://webcast.roadshowchina.cn/EY90RE or the live streaming link on the "Investor Relations" section on the Company's website from 15:00 to 16:30 on 27 March 2026. The Company will answer the questions in a timely manner via the live streaming platform.

Investors could visit the "Investor Relations" section on the Company's website (http://www.cpic.com.cn/ir/) for replay of the results presentation starting from 30 March 2026.
