Convening of 2020 Annual Results Presentation

China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (the "Company" or "CPIC") proposes to disclose its 2020 annual results on 28 March 2021. The full text of the Company's 2020 annual results will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism on 28 March 2021 and be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. A copy will also be available on 28 March 2021 on the Company's website at http://www.cpic.com.cn/gdr/gdrggen/.

The Company plans to convene a results presentation in order to help investors to have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the Company's 2020 annual results and operating position, and answer their questions. The details of the results presentation are set below:

I. TIME AND VENUE OF RESULTS PRESENTATION

(I) Time: 16:30-18:00 on 1 April 2021 (Thursday, Beijing time)

(II) Format: live webcast

(III) Access of live webcast: investors may participate in the live webcast through the link (https://webcast.roadshowchina.cn/cmeet/RUNPeVJXWFNQRFFXQkdTcmI4SkpBQT09) or the live stream link on the "Investor Relations" section of the Company's official website

II. ATTENDEES

CPIC Group: KONG Qingwei (Chairman), FU Fan (President), YU Bin (Vice President), MA Xin (Vice President), ZHANG Yuanhan (CFO & Chief Actuary), and SU Shaojun (Deputy Director of Transformation);

CPIC P/C: GU Yue (Chairman);

CPIC Life: PAN Yanhong (General Manager).

Note: The Board has considered and approved the appointment of Mr. SU Shaojun as the Board Secretary. As at present, the appointment of Mr. SU Shaojun as the Board Secretary is still subject to the approval of appointment qualification by China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission and obtaining the qualification certificate issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

III. METHODS FOR INVESTORS TO PARTICIPATE

(I) Investors may put forward relevant questions by sending emails to the mailbox of the Investor Relations Department of the Company: [email protected] by 0:00 on 30 March 2021 (Tuesday, Beijing time), and their questions will be answered by the Company at the results presentation.

(II) Investors may visit the link (https://webcast.roadshowchina.cn/cmeet/RUNPeVJXWFNQRFFXQkdTcmI4SkpBQT09) or the live stream link on the "Investor Relations" section on the Company's website to watch the live stream of the results presentation and put forward questions on the live webcast platform at 16:30-18:00 on 1 April 2021 (Thursday, Beijing time). The Company will 

answer the questions in a timely manner via the live webcast platform.
