B.S.D Crown Ltd (LSE:BSD) ("BSD" or "the Company") Controlling shareholder announcement Tel Aviv, Israel, 9 April 2015 Controlling shareholder announcement The Company refers to its announcements dated 24 February, 23, 27 and 30 March2015 and to an announcement made yesterday in Israel by BGI Investments (1961)Ltd. ("BGI") (which beneficially owns Company shares representing approximately25.02% of the total issued and outstanding share capital of the Company(excluding dormant shares) and controls in aggregate, directly and throughproxies, approximately 44% of the voting rights in the Company). Capitalisedterms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in theCompany's announcement of 24 February 2015. The Lod District Court (the "Court") has agreed to extend the date by which theguarantee referred to in the Company's announcement of 23 March, 2015 is to beprovided until 14 April, 2015 at 2 pm (Israeli time). In addition, the Court agreed to the return to the Lenders of the Loan Amountcurrently held in the Escrow Account on the condition that the Security bereleased.
