("Ultrasis" or the "Company")

Contract with Mental Health Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania

Ultrasis, the leading provider of cognitive behavioral therapy for stress and mild to moderate depression, is pleased to announce that its US joint venture, U² Interactive has secured a new contract with Mental Health Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania ("MHASP").

Under the leadership of its CEO, Bill Dinwiddie, MHASP will offer Beating the Blues as part of a wider strategy to engage with individuals who are dealing with mild and moderate depression and/or anxiety conditions.

Beating the Blues US allows users to access the program 24 hours a day, seven days a week in a confidential format.

Bill Dinwiddie, CEO, said "We are delighted to be partnering with U2 Interactive to make Beating the Blues available within our services through web-based access. With Beating the Blues we have found an affordable, evidence based and innovative solution that will empower clients to take a more active role in managing their overall health by treating their depression and anxiety. In addition to using this tool with clients who participate in on-site services, we will tap the web-based access capability of Beating the Blues to reach individuals who are not actively or currently engaged in services. With advances in technology, integration efforts with primary care and cuts to mental health funding, it is important to look for quality treatment options that are also cost effective. Beating the Blues is all that. MHASP values the scientific research behind Beating the Blues and anticipates that our clients will achieve positive outcomes with this exciting person-centered approach to care."

Jacob Bowling, Director of Advocacy and Policy, said "We are so excited to introduce this effective and proven self-help tool to Philadelphians who are striving for optimal health and wellness. It's easy, it works, and it's a great addition to an individual's wellness toolbox."

"This is a significant partnership for U2 Interactive," said John Smith, Chief Executive at Ultrasis, which developed Beating the Blues US. "Mental Health Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania has recognised that Beating the Blues offers an affordable and highly scalable solution to treating mild and moderate depression and anxiety conditions for their clients. We look forward to working with MHASP to support them in deploying the program across their system." He added "We are particularly excited at the model of deployment being used by MHASP who will use peer advocates to support people through the program".
