Company Health Group PLC14 November 2006 Embargoed until 07.00, 14 November 2006 Company Health Group PLC ("Company Health" or "the Company") TRADING UPDATE - NEW CONTRACT WINS Company Health (AIM: CHT), a provider of occupational health services tocorporates and medical evidence collecting services to life assurance providers,announces that the Company has recently won four significant new contracts tosupply occupational health and physiotherapy/rehabilitation services. The first of these contracts is with Jobcentre Plus, the agency of theDepartment for Work and Pensions that supports people of working age fromwelfare into work, and helps employers to fill their vacancies. Company Healthsubsidiary Milligan & Hill has been selected to provide ergonomic assessments inboth the London and South East regions as part of Jobcentre's Access to Workinitiative. The second is the National Probation Service ("NPS") where Company Health hasbeen awarded a three-year contract to provide occupational health services tothe whole of the Lancashire NPS (650 staff) that commenced on the 1st October2006. The remaining two contracts are with blue chip international companies toprovide occupational health and/or physiotherapy and rehabilitation services totheir Scottish based UK operations. Morgan Stanley, the leading investment bank,has appointed Company Health to supply all of its occupational healthrequirements for its UK operations in Glasgow and Cumbernauld. The fourthcontract is with a global pharmaceutical company, which will now source all ofits physiotherapy and ergonomic health services for its UK business fromMilligan & Hill. Taken together, these contracts will add approximately £300,000 to the Company'sturnover from the next financial year (commencing on 1 January 2007) as the fulleffect of the wins is translated into revenues.
