COHORT SUBSIDIARY MCL AWARDED NEW CONTRACT WINS TOTALLING £17.9M

Cohort plc, the independent technology group, is pleased to announce that its subsidiary Marlborough Communications Ltd ("MCL") has been awarded a contract with a total value of £14.0m, by a UK government customer for immediate delivery of uncrewed air systems, together with in-service support for two years. MCL will work with its long-term partner Skydio to supply these systems. In addition, MCL has received an order valued at £3.9m for supply of tactical audio systems for a UK customer.

Sensors and Effectors

· Chess Dynamics offers multi-sensor surveillance, tracking and fire-control systems for defence customers. Chess has been part of the Group since December 2018. www.chess-dynamics.com
