GSH Group PLC24 March 2006 GSH GROUP SIGNS MAJOR CONTRACTS GSH Group plc ("GSH"), the international provider of bespoke facilitiesmanagement and energy management solutions, is pleased to announce that it hassigned a five year contract with a major international telecommunicationscompany. Commencing in April 2006, GSH will provide integrated facilities managementsolutions to all their base stations and all retail sites across the UK. GSHwill provide services including property and building engineering servicesmaintenance supported by cutting edge mobile information management systemswhich provide on-line tailored reporting. GSH has also recently signed and mobilised smaller contracts with Xerox, Tesco,Iron Mountain and My Travel in the UK. The Iron Mountain contract focuses onbuilding engineering and building fabric maintenance, servicing 73 Iron Mountainlocations including 117 buildings, data storage facilities and offices. The MyTravel contract covers 518 Going Places retail outlets across the UK andencompasses mechanical and electrical services, building fabric maintenance andwaste management. The combined value of all the above contracts will be approximately £15 millionper annum and will represent £54 million of GSH's contracted order book, whichcurrently stands at £455 million.
