Jarvis Securities plc12 December 2006 Jarvis Securities plc ("Jarvis" or "the Company") Contract Win and Transactions in Own Shares The Company is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement withBishopsgate Capital (Stockbrokers) Ltd, members of The London Stock Exchange,to provide Model B settlement services. Bishopsgate is an establishedstockbroker based in London and provides a traditional high quality service toboth individual investors and institutions. Between 4th December 2006 and 8th December 2006 the Company purchased 30,000shares to hold in Treasury pending cancellation at an average price of 99.666pence per share. The Company now holds a total of 70,000 shares in Treasury. The Company willcontinue to purchase its own shares for Treasury when appropriate and inaccordance with the authority granted by its Members. The issued share capitalof the Company currently stands at 11,350,000 pending any further cancellation.
