Nationwide Accident Repair Srvs PLC25 May 2007 NARS.L Nationwide Accident Repair Services PLC ("Nationwide" or "the Company") Contract Win for Accident Management Division Nationwide Accident Repair Services PLC, the largest dedicated provider ofautomotive crash repair services in the UK, is pleased to announce that itsNetwork Services Division ("Network Services") has secured a three year contractwith the Environment Agency, the leading public body for protecting andimproving the environment in England and Wales. Under the terms of the contract,Network Services will be providing accident management services to theEnvironment Agency's fleet of cars and commercial vehicles. Network Services, which complements Nationwide's core crash repair business,will provide the Environment Agency with a full range of services, including'first notification of loss' call handling, accident recovery services, repairmanagement, engineering services and total loss management services. Theseservices will be provided on a twenty-four hour basis, through Network Services'operation in Northwich, Cheshire and will be supported Nationwide's bespoke ITsystem, which supports cost control and provides customers with online access toaccident damage data. Barbara Moore, Claims Manager, Environment Agency said, "We took the decision to appoint Nationwide as our outsourced accidentmanagement provider after a carefully considered tender process. Theydemonstrated their desire to provide a high level of customer service and todeliver process efficiencies and cost savings for our fleet." Michael Wilmshurst, Chief Executive, said, "In mid December last year, we acquired a motor claims management business andhave since successfully integrated it within our existing Network Servicesdivision.
