Interactive World plc19 June 2006 Interactive World plc Contract Win - Probability Games Interactive World plc ('Interactive World'), the mobile content technologycompany, has signed a contract with Probability Games to promote its Java-basedsuite of popular casino and card gambling services, operated from Alderney underthe world's first gambling licence for mobile phones. It is the InteractiveWorld's first major corporate deal since its shares were admitted to trading onAIM in early May 2006. Under the agreement, the two companies (the 'Partners') will equally share thenet revenues from games downloaded and played. Successful initial test marketingconducted by Interactive World to around 50,000 of its 800,000 regular usersindicates the potential attraction of this new service. The Partners are also developing foreign language versions of these games, andwill be maximising user take up by using sophisticated internet marketingtechniques and targeted promotions to regular players operated in a responsibleway. Interactive World selected Probability Games on the basis of its wide variety ofeasy-to-play and fast-to-download games (including Roulette, BlackJack, VideoPoker and a wide range of Slot machines). Another factor was that independentresearch showed that Probability Games' gameplay, handset range and paymentoptions were the best on the market. Moreover, rigorous testing over six monthsproved that its affiliate package was extremely reliable, soundly engineered andeasy to interpret. Interactive World believes this simplicity will allow it tomake accurate and swift marketing decisions - both of which are vital inmaximising revenues in online content provision.
