IMPORTANT FOURTH CONTRACT WIN CONFIRMS EXPANSION INTO ONLINE GAMING WITH "FC BETZ"

With the approach of the new football season in August the Board of TWL is delighted to announce that the expansion into internet gaming under the brand name "FC Betz.com" is moving apace with the signing of a partnership contract with another major football club Leicester City FC.

TWL has signed a multi-year contract with Leicester City to become its gaming partner. Under the contract TWL will provide a full package of gaming and lottery products to the club and its supporters. The Leicester City Lottery will be run by TWL under its new "FC Lotto" brand specially designed for the football market. In addition the gaming package created by TWL under the brand "FC Betz.com" will be marketed to the clubs fans

The Board believes that this expansion will create additional revenues for the company. Negotiations are continuing with several other major football clubs. The Board expects to make further announcements shortly of other similar contracts with other leading clubs in accordance with the AIM Rules. TWL has now signed partnership agreements with four major football clubs in Coventry City, Derby County, Sheffield Wednesday and now Leicester City giving the FC Betz gaming products and FC Lotto lottery brand access to a market consisting of the large number of supporters of these clubs.
