Ukrproduct Group Ltd19 November 2007 UKRPRODUCT GROUP LIMITED (the "GROUP") UKRPRODUCT GROUP WINS TENDER FOR DELIVERY OF SKIMMED MILK POWDER TO KRAFT FOODS Following the completion of the technical audit by Kraft Foods Ukraine ("KraftFoods") in October, the Group is pleased to announce that it has been informedthat it has won the public tender for the delivery of 60 tonnes of high-gradeskimmed milk powder ("SMP") to Kraft Foods. The consignment of SMP is due fordelivery before the end of December 2007. The directors believe that thecommercial terms of the agreement set a pricing precedent for the Group andshould increase the possibility of favourable, quality-orientated business withKraft Foods in the future.
