Maintel Holdings PLC22 February 2006 Maintel Holdings Plc ("Maintel") CONTRACT WIN Maintel, the telecommunications and data services company today announces theaward of a contract valued at approximately £2.8m. Maintel has been contracted following an OGC (Office of Governmental Commerce)tender process by the London Probation Board to supply, install and maintain anetwork of Nortel IP voice and data systems across 70 sites throughout GreaterLondon. The contract is to replace existing technologies through 2006 andmaintain all equipment under a 5 year contract. Additionally Maintel will besupplying voice and network services to the London Probation Board throughoutthe term of the contract. For 2006, Maintel expect to receive £1.45m of revenue for the supply andinstallation phase with ongoing annual income estimated at £330k.
