Morgan Sindall PLC21 March 2006 Morgan Sindall plc("Morgan Sindall") Morgan Est wins £105 million electrical engineering servicescontract with E.ON UK Morgan Est, the infrastructure services division of Morgan Sindall, has signed afour year contract worth approximately £105 million with E.ON UK's distributionarm, Central Networks, to service over 5,000 sq. miles of electricaldistribution system across central England. The contract follows the award of a £28.5 million contract last year for MorganEst to lay cables, build new substations, connect new services and carry outassociated asset replacement work in central England. The project is due to be completed in December 2009, when there could be anopportunity to extend the contract forward for a further five years.
