TG21 Plc23 May 2006 TG21 plc ("the Company") announces agreement with Biodata Limited For release: 23 May 2006 TG21 plc today announces that its subsidiary 21st Century Crime PreventionServices Limited ("21st Century") has today signed an agreement with BiodataLimited ("Biodata") for the exclusive rights to Biodata's people counting systemwhen interfaced with public transport vehicle systems. 21st Century is a leading provider of on-board CCTV to the UK bus market and isalso developing several new products for the public transport market. The firsttwo of these, Revenue-Manager(TM) and Eco-Manager(TM), are aimed at enhancingrevenue and reducing running costs for bus operators. The Biodata system knownas "Video Turnstile" uses their technology in conjunction with overhead CCTV tocount passengers entering and leaving a vehicle. The Video Turnstile will beinterfaced with fare revenue data from the ticketing machines and automaticallytransmit an audit report back to the control centre as each bus returns to itsdepot. Biodata are also developing an interface to the Eco-Manager product whichis aimed at reducing fuel and maintenance costs for bus operators by monitoringand reporting on driver behaviour. A major public transport company has alreadyagreed to run trials with 21st Century for both Revenue-Manager and Eco-Manageron 54 of its buses.
