KCom Group PLC04 April 2008 4 April 2008 KCOM Group PLC (KCOM.L) enters into long term contract with Connectivity Ltd to deliver contact centre services Connectivity purchases 118 800 Ltd from KCOM as part of deal KCOM today announces that it has entered into a long term arrangement withConnectivity Ltd for the delivery of directory enquiries (DQ) services. As part of the arrangement, Connectivity is purchasing 118 800 Ltd from KCOM.This gives Connectivity access to a premium DQ number, as part of its strategyto launch new, innovative services. For this, Connectivity is paying aconsideration of £1.45 million in cash. Malcolm Fallen, Chief Executive of KCOM Group, says "This arrangement fits withour ongoing commitment to focus on our core capabilities.
