Charles Taylor Consulting PLC30 January 2006 Charles Taylor Consulting plc Contract award and analyst meeting Charles Taylor Consulting plc ("CTC") is pleased to announce that LCL Group, oneof its subsidiaries, has been appointed to provide strategic advice andimplementation support to London-based European and US operations of Alea GroupHoldings (Bermuda) Ltd. This follows the Alea board's decision in December lastyear to cease underwriting new business in London and to place its London- basedoperations in run-off with effect from 8 December 2005. LCL's role would be of a general strategic advisory nature and designed tosupport Alea's senior management team in devising an effective and practicalrun-off plan. The overall objective will be to enhance and realise value forAlea shareholders. The LCL team, which will be led by chief executive, PhilipHolden, will also provide ad hoc strategic and operational support. Analyst meeting CTC is today hosting a site visit in London. The purpose of the visit is toprovide analysts with the opportunity to gain a broader understanding of theCompany's aviation operations.
