STYLES & WOOD GROUP APPOINTED TO SUPPORT BANK BRANCH IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMME

Styles & Wood Group plc ("Styles & Wood" or the "Group"), the integrated property services and project delivery specialist, is pleased to announce that it has been appointed to manage and deliver a branch improvement programme on behalf of one of the UK's leading high street banks.

The programme of works commences immediately and is expected to continue until Q1 2016. It will include the replacement or upgrading of approximately 4,700 Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) across 3,000 locations, as well as rebranding 600 branches across the UK and overseas. The combined value of the contracts is approximately £18 million.

The project will involve teams from across Styles & Wood's Projects, Design, Technology and Energy divisions. The Group's business change team will oversee the entire scope of the project, including providing training for the Bank's employees to familiarise them with the new technology being implemented as part of the project.

A joint management team, comprised of Styles & Wood and bank personnel, has been formed and will be co-located at the bank's head offices, where it will work with expert stakeholders and support service functions to develop an integrated strategy for the diverse programme of works.
