ContourGlobal plc Announces 2020 Third Quarter Dividend

The Board of ContourGlobal plc ('ContourGlobal' or the "Company") announces that it has approved a quarterly dividend, for the three months ended 30 September 2020, of USD 4.0591 cents per share, equivalent to $26.92 million1. This dividend reflects the Company's target of 10% year-on-year growth in dividend per share, which is supported by ContourGlobal's strong and predictable cash flow generation.

The December dividend of $26.92 million1, will be paid as follows:

Dividend per share in USD: 4.0591 cents per share

Exchange rate: GB£1 = US$1.3035

Dividend per share in GBP: 3.1139 pence per share

Ex-dividend date: 3 December 2020

Record date: 4 December 2020

Payment date: 29 December 2020
