Construction Update and Change of Advisers' Name

Biofutures is pleased to announce that it has added a further construction update to its website - http://www.biofuturesplc.com/construction_update - containing additional photographs of the site and the following statement:
"Construction on site continues to progress as planned and off-site steel structure fabrication work is also progressing well. Fabrication is well advanced on the physical process plant components and will be progressively shipped in due course. "
The Company also announces that Blomfield Corporate Finance Limited, the Company's Nominated Adviser has changed its name to Religare Capital Markets (UK) Limited and that Religare Hichens, Harrison plc, the Company's Broker has changed its name to Religare Capital Markets plc with both companies trading as Religare Capital Markets.
