Alecto Energy plc announces that it anticipates that the consolidation of the Company's share capital on the basis of 1 New Ordinary Share for every 10 Existing Ordinary Shares which was approved at the Annual General Meeting earlier today will take effect as from 8:00am on 7 May 2010.
