Consolidation of RusHydro's share issues

RusHydro shares of additional issue were excluded from the quotation list due to consolidation with the principal issue

July 14, 2014. Moscow, Russia. JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that its shares of additional issue (state registration number 1-01-55038-Å-041D of December 3, 2012) were excluded from the Quotation list 'A', Level 1 on MOEX. From July 14, 2014, all RusHydro shares are trading under the registration number of the principal issue 01-55038-Å of May 22, 2005.
