Confirmation of Ruth Prior appointment date as Chief Financial Officer

William Hill PLC (LSE: WMH) confirms, further to the announcements on 30 March and 2 August 2017 regarding her appointment, that Ruth Prior has today formally joined the Board as Chief Financial Officer.
