CONFIRMATION OF RETIREMENT OF FRANK NELSON AS GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR

Galliford Try, the housebuilding and construction group, confirms, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 and previous announcements on 11 November 2011 and 19 June 2012, that Frank Nelson formally retired from the board and the group with effect 30 September 2012.
