Confirmation of Resignation of Nomad and Broker

Graphene NanoChem (AIM:GRPH), the international provider of nanotechnology performance enhancing solutions for global industries, announces that, further to the announcement of 31 January 2018, the mutually agreed resignation of Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited ("Panmure") nominated adviser ("Nomad") and broker has now taken effect.

The Company intends to provide an update on the status of a Nomad appointment, the Proposed Acquisition (as defined in the announcement dated 30 November 2017) and suspension of shares in due course.
