Confirmation of Quarterly Interim Dividend
Assura Group Limited, the UK's leading primary healthcare property company, confirms that the second quarterly interim cash dividend for the period from 1 July to 30 September 2012 of 0.285 pence per share will be paid on 24 October 2012 to shareholders on the register on 12 October 2012 (the "Record Date"). The ex-dividend date will be 10 October 2012.
