Terrace Hill Group plc, the regionally based UK property group quoted on AIM, confirms that on 23 January 2014 it posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2013 together with the associated Notice of Annual General Meeting. As announced on 27 February 2014, all resolutions at the meeting were duly passed.
