Rule 19.6(c) confirmation of post-offer intention statementswith regard to Redx Pharma plc

RM Special Holdings 3 LLC ("Redmile" or the "Company") announces that, further to the completion of its recommended mandatory cash offer to acquire the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Redx Pharma Plc ("Redx"), other than the shares already held by Redmile, which was declared unconditional on 9 April 2020, the Company has duly confirmed in writing to The Panel on Takeovers and Mergers in accordance with the requirements of Rule 19.6(c) of the Code that the Company has complied with its post-offer statements of intent made pursuant to Rules 2.7(c)(iv) and 24.2 of the Code, as originally detailed in its announcement of 13 March 2020 and the Offer Document published on 9 April 2020.
