Confirmation of name change
The Company announces that, further to the announcement on 30 June 2020, the change of the Company's name to "Drumz plc" has now been registered by Companies House. The tradable instrument display mnemonic ("TIDM") of the Company is expected to change to DRUM with effect from 8 a.m. today.
Following the change of name, a new website for the Company will be launched in the near future and a further announcement made when the site is launched.
