CONFIRMATION OF ISSUER CALL REDEMPTION

Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning given thereto in the Amended and Restated Master Definitions Schedule dated 4 May 2023 in relation to the Issuer's collateralised exchange traded securities programme.

The Issuer hereby gives notice that the ETP Securities of the Relevant Series have been redeemed in full with effect from 22 September 2023 (the "Issuer Call Redemption"). The ETPs of the Relevant Series were redeemed at the Mandatory Redemption Amount per ETP as set out below:
