Confirmation of GBP quote introduction

 

Further to its announcement on 15 December 2021, Chenavari Toro Income Fund Ltd has applied to introduce an additional market quote for the Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange denominated in GBP (the "GBP Quote"), in connection with which the Company will introduce a new ticker and SEDOL with effect from 8:00 a.m. on 16 December 2021, as set out below. The GBP Quote will appear alongside the Company's existing EUR market quote (the "EUR Quote") and there will be no changes to the legal form or nature of the Company's shares nor to the reporting currency of the Company's financial statements or the NAV (which will remain in EUR).
